This is a light clothing item made of kevlar and plastic, which covers 100% of your head, and which has no storage capacity. It is somewhat bulky, encumbers you a bit, and will provide some warmth to the areas it covers.

It offers low protection against bashing attacks and low protection against cutting ones (that includes bullets), while offering good protection from environmental hazards.

It can be made to fit the character's body via tailoring or mechanics, reduces the morale hit when getting wet (and can even transform it into morale bonus), is more resistant to damage.

This clothing item can be repaired, fitted (if appropriate) and reinforced via the mechanics skill, by using a soldering iron and kevlar plates.
