This creature is a human sized ZOMBIE, HUMAN. It's a competent fighter with high hit points. It's a bit faster than you, quite clumsy, has no armor against bashing weapons and no armor against cutting ones (that includes bullets). Its special ability allows it to shoot bolts of electricity, every 25 turns.
It has extremely high morale and it's totally aggressive. Being a ZOMBIE, HUMAN, it's afraid of ZOMBIE, HUMAN, and can be angered by ZOMBIE, HUMAN.
It can see, can hear noises, is able to smell characters, stumbles around, is warm blooded (it appears in infrared), can bash destroyable objects in its way (like doors), gets help from surrounding monsters when bashing objects, is poisonous to eat (produces tainted meat when butchered), can shock you if you hit it with your bare fists, can drop one or two common bionics when dissected, doesn't breathe (it's not affected by smoke, toxic gases, drowning, etc), resuscitates after a few hours (unless its corpse is either smashed to a pulp or butchered), can produce bones and sinews when butchered, can push creatures out of its way, and nothing else.
Being made of flesh, it's vulnerable to nothing in particular.

Every 25 turns, a shocker zombie can shoot a stream of electricity at the player; it can paralyze you for a few turns, so be careful around groups. Successfully dissecting a shocker zombie can yield bionics, so experienced players generally regard Shockers as a valuable target. That being said, shocker zombies generally only yield the lowest tier of bionics, such as the power storage CBM. It's fast at 105 speed so if trying to avoid you'll likely have trouble simply running. Try to break its line of sight and find cover in close and rugged terrain, preferably a forest or a building with lots of furnishings.
Attacking a shocker in melee with no weapon or a conductive weapon will electrify you. A weapon is conductive if at least one of its materials has 0 or less resistance to electricity (i.e., is a metal).
Shockers produce a tiny amount of light and so are visible even in total darkness.
